The hotel was super beautiful, the staff were super friendly and gave us a tour, the room was huge with everything, the restaurant was super tasty for a very good price, there were two large pools, a good spa at a good price, the breakfast buffet was full of choices, I will definitely come back in January. The only small flaw was that the trash bin should have a bag so you don’t have to put everything in it.

The place is very nice, the location is excellent and comfortable, the front‑desk staff are very good, especially the employee Shaimaa who is very cooperative, easy to deal with, and always helps. When I had a problem with Uber, she helped me from her personal phone and stayed with me – truly a refined person in every sense. The room service is very slow; when I order, they take a very long time.
