The place is gorgeous and right in the middle of everything. The whole building got a tasteful makeover, the bed is huge and super comfy, and the shower has a bunch of jets that feel like a spa. The rooms are roomy, but I did have a few hiccups: the light switches are a bit hidden, so a quick note would help; the floor above creaks and you can hear it, and the power outlets are in odd spots. Also, the online check‑in and tourist tax payment didn’t work the first time I tried.

Stumbled into this historic building and it turned out to be a gem. The suite is full of character and honestly one of the best rooms I’ve had for a short stay. Check‑in and check‑out are self‑service, but the staff are quick to answer a call if you need anything. The location is spot on, and for breakfast I’d definitely head to Café du Bois d’Amour next door.

Stayed at Château de l’Aile – Boutique Suites and it was a total delight from start to finish. The staff welcomed us with a warm smile that made us feel right at home. The suite was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully put together—super comfortable and elegant. Every morning, a tray of breakfast was delivered right outside our door—croissant, creamy yogurt, the simple luxury that kicked off the day.
