“I had a rewarding and memorable experience.”
The location was the best, though it had a lot of extended‑stay guests.

Nothing positive, but 3 staff members were rude, there were roaches, no Wi‑Fi, no breakfast, the toilet was not clean, the room was dingy so they called 3 small white towels, there was no soap or tissue, the floor was partially nasty, you could see through the frame of the door, there were stains on the sink area, no microwave, no fridge for my insulin, the hair dryer didn’t work, and housekeeping came in the night before and removed the iron and left the ironing board. I asked for a non‑smoking room, smelled bad of smoke, people were smoking weed; I made a complaint and a staff member said it wasn’t illegal to do but there were signs saying no smoking. The building has 3 floors and no elevators, so I’m 66 y/o with luggage. I asked for the 1st floor only for people who want extended stay. Overall a fat 0. I asked for a discount and they pointed to another hotel. I would like anyone with a complaint to contact any third‑party that allows this company to falsely advertise on their website, contact consumer protection agencies, file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), your state’s Attorney General consumer protection division at 1‑800‑621‑0508, the City of Houston consumer complaints line at 713‑837‑0311, or the BBB at 713‑868‑9500 for deceptive advertising.

Nothing positive, but it was so dirty and had cockroaches in the room; there were bed bugs and breakfast was included in the booking but they didn’t serve us.

I woke up to a stench and saw cockroaches crawling around the room, which made the whole experience terrible.

I left the hotel without looking back, and everything was a nightmare. The place was full of druggies and prostitutes roaming outside all night, and unwanted guests—roaches—joined me without paying. When I arrived, I couldn't find my reservation; the staff tried to claim I hadn't paid and that I’d have to pay again, but I had all my proof and showed it. They finally handed me the key, and we had to navigate around the hotel at 3 am. I had called the hotel the day before and on the day of my reservation to confirm my late check‑in, but the phone would ring once and then hang up, so there was no working phone at the front desk. The rooms lacked phones, pools, fridges, and microwaves. One ice machine worked, another was temporarily fixed with a light switch, and the third was far away and took forever to reach if you were on the opposite side of the hotel. You’d better get it when the cops are circling constantly or when it’s daylight. People were weird, watching us like hawks, and we felt unsafe. We kept someone by the car and someone in the room at all times. As soon as we started unloading, people came from all directions, trying to see what we were bringing and eyeballing us all night. The locals never sleep, so they looked like half‑dead zombies. The hotel was not clear outside until sunrise; they roamed and crowded all night. I couldn’t sleep because I was watching my car and my surroundings. The doors were raided by police, who then replaced them with new locks. They were all “sitting sideways,” as if they were playing a Paul Wall song.
