The staff were very friendly and helpful 😃. The bathroom cleanliness needs improvement; it seems silly but there's a bit of grime on the sink, the shower grout needs replacing, there's no full‑height mirror, and there are fixtures hanging with nothing on the wall.

The front garden was a nice escape from the noisy city and the mattress was super comfy, but when we tried to have breakfast together, the staff had no system or enough tables for our group of four, so we were crammed into a cramped spot that felt disappointing for our last meal together. The breakfast itself was subpar, and if you’re after good coffee and croissants, it’s better to walk out, turn left, cross the big street, and hit an amazing local café instead.

I never imagined staying at this place would be such a disaster—no cleaning at all, no towels, no ventilation, and the staff were the worst I've ever met. It was the worst experience ever.

De accomodatie wordt geadverteerd als een 3* hotel, het is deze kwalificatie echt niet waard. De gepubliceerde foto’s van de kamer en het hotel op Booking zijn echt misleidend en ronduit teleurstellend. De accomodatie is dus niet bevallen. Het enige positieve is dat de accomodatie op loopafstand is van het station. Zie boven. De lift was behalve krakkemikkig ook nog vies en duidelijk langere tijd niet schoongemaakt. Er zaten gaten in de muur, loshangend behang en een blote spijker te zien. De wastafel was vies, de douchekraan duidelijk gedateerd en roestig en de deur van de badkamer lag er half uit. Ik heb teveel betaald voor deze accommodatie
