The place was poorly maintained.

This hotel was a real letdown. The outdoor area and parts of the building are in a desolate state, including the driveway. The whole hotel feels worn out and gives off no pleasant vibe. Breakfast and staff are okay, but unfortunately incompetent. The rooms are extremely noisy and the view isn’t what was promised. The price/quality ratio doesn’t add up at all; for roughly the same room price you can get a 5‑star beachfront hotel in Le Lavandou.

Quiet, parking available, excellent welcome, breakfast on the terrace—perfect.

The location is great, but it feels a bit impersonal.
