“Decepção”
Nothing positive to say. The place didn’t live up to the standards shown on the booking site; I struggled to find it, the staff were slow to respond and claimed there was no reservation under my name. I showed the card payment proof, yet the room was occupied and I was told I’d have to wait for it to be vacated. They offered another room that had no ventilation, swarms of mosquitoes and a musty smell. Fortunately I could cancel without penalty and ended up at a different inn.
