The location is fine, but I’ve stayed in better hotels in this area; the moment you enter, a strong chemical smell hits you, as if someone had died and sprayed dichlorvos; the place is filthy—hair under the bathroom mirror, wet dirty floors, grime‑stained mirrors that won’t wash off, everything damp and covered in odd stains.
The staff were great and conveniently located, the location was excellent, the service was good, and the price was great.

The location was good, but it definitely isn't a 4‑Star accommodation. The check‑in experience was bad; even though the property confirmed the check‑in time, we had to wait 1 hour before the room was ready. The room was big but very old, never renovated for decades; the alleys were super smelly (probably because the floor cleaner they use is flimsy). Beds and furniture are at least 10‑15 years old and super worn out. The washrooms were dirty and you could see rust lines near all taps. I will NOT recommend this property for families because ladies from the bar roam the floors freely, making you feel uncomfortable. During my stay, 10‑15 ladies came to the lobby at 4 am, shouted and laughed (maybe they were unhappy with their clients); I had to go out and shout at them. I reported it to the reception, but I'm not sure any action was taken. It's very disgusting to feel that the place you’re staying in is not suitable for families and young kids.
