The location is good, but the facilities are lacking.

No me permitieron el ingreso a la hora acordada y eso me parece muy irresponsable

The parking was the only highlight. The price was great, yet the room left a lot to be desired. I had to go down to reception to get towels because the phone wouldn’t answer even after I called three times. The air‑conditioning unit made a lot of noise, the carpet looked dirty, and the extra pillowcase was crooked. There was only one bottle of water (usually they give two), the duvet didn’t feel clean—apparently it isn’t changed after each guest—and the bathroom had mold. I mention these details because I work as a supervisor of housekeepers at the Hilton Garden Inn in Veracruz, so I know what I’m talking about. And the breakfast was disappointing: eggs, beans, and fruit, with no traditional bread, so I only had coffee. On top of that, the disposable plates, cups, and cutlery were terrible. Very, very bad.

The place sits just a 6‑minute walk from Plaza Ámbar and a 3‑minute stroll to Walmart – spot on. The bed felt a touch firm, but overall everything else was fine.
