The food was good, the location convenient, and the facilities decent. I was disappointed that my Hilton Honors points didn’t accumulate during this stay.

The room was spacious and the hotel sits right next to a mall, with staff that were friendly. The reception on level 35 meant guests had to switch elevators to reach the rooms. The buffet breakfast leaned heavily on Chinese dishes with few Western choices, so as a non‑local I often skipped it. In winter the room stayed warm, but the temperature controls didn’t work, probably because the system is centralized. The in‑room lighting was too dim for reading or work.

They charged me twice the booking amount for a deposit, claiming it would be refunded within 7 days, but now that I’m back home no one is answering and I still haven’t received the money.

Overall it was good and the amenities were well supplied. The Wi‑Fi was very unstable, and the breakfast quality was slightly lower than expected, though still acceptable.
