Location was great. Cable was out, trash i n hall, empty toilet paper core, ran out of body wash with 2 uses. Footprints on bathroom floor

The location is near the mall, which I found extremely convenient. The rooms are extremely outdated; the carpet and décor give a 1990s old‑fashioned style. The windows in the room are sealed shut, the A/C smelled like a blow dryer on high heat, and the room had a mildew‑ish smell because it was poorly ventilated. I expected the opposite with the Hilton name on the hotel.

The lady the first night was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the hotel as a whole was ok. The man the 2nd night was the most rude person I've encountered in a hotel. The whirlpool tub I paid extra for couldn't be used because there was mold in the jets. The lighting was awful

The pool, bed, and quiet room were solid, and the staff helped me find my business destination. The pool water was cold, though.
