The location is beautiful and surrounded by wildlife, but I was a bit surprised that there was no tap water, though bottled water was available everywhere, so I’d still recommend it.

It’s a large house split into several apartments, very beautiful, with modern equipment and all the necessary tech. Our apartment was spacious, well‑furnished, and impeccably clean. The house sits on the edge of a village, which is a huge plus – quiet, stunning nature, and deer. It’s a real balm for the soul. ❤️ The ability to use the pool, hot tub, and common areas at any time is great. Bottled water is supplied and plentiful. The grilling area is also well equipped. The owners are very pleasant and friendly people. Overall we were very satisfied and will definitely return! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I liked the location right in the middle of nature. It was a quiet spot with great facilities on the premises. We enjoyed the stay, and the pool and hot tub were excellent for the kids. The only problem was the water from the Kohoutková source being too hot – a bigger mishap. I can’t rate it fully because I’m not familiar with the surrounding area, but the operator fixed the issue and it didn’t affect our satisfaction.
