How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Towels, hairdryer, and staff were fine, but only cool water was available early in the morning and in the evening on the 4th floor; hot water was missing. The TV had no good channels, only investment and Sky Sports in English, and the old classic movie channels were uninteresting. There was no secured Wi‑Fi network.

The hotel was calm and the staff were wonderful, especially the Swedish front‑desk employee—though I didn’t catch his name—who was very helpful and a real person, and all the staff were respectful and great. The room had shortcomings: no slippers for guests, no water bottle at least for welcome, and the room service only offered a coffee machine with two capsules and no water.
