From the warm welcome to the luxurious rooms with private pools, the romantic riverside location, and the highly competent, friendly, and helpful staff, everything was excellent. The restaurant offered outstanding, fresh cuisine that was a delight for the palate. The Balinese massage was extraordinarily relaxing. The charming manager and his team assisted with booking tours, taxis, and any questions. This hotel is perfect for people who prefer quality over quantity; you feel completely comfortable and can unwind wonderfully. Nothing to complain about.
This hotel offers the best value for money, with a private pool for every three rooms, and the resort looked stunning when the lights came on in the evening; there were no complaints at all.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, but I didn’t like sharing a private pool with two other rooms. In the room, the air‑conditioner and fridge rattled, there was a strange smell in the bathroom, and the light switches were confusing.
I was blown away by everything – the hotel feels almost like the White Lotus, and Christi was absolutely adorable, thanks to her and the rest of the ultra‑friendly staff! 😊 Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect!
