The only good thing was the location near RK beach. 1. The room’s overall cleanliness was lacking. 2. Service fell below expectations—room service didn’t arrive on time even after the room was left for 6‑8 hours, and staff seemed indifferent. 3. Staff behavior was unacceptable.

The location was good, but the photos on the booking site were all wrong, the place was dirty, the A/C didn’t work, and the linens were the worst I’ve ever seen—so bad that I had to leave in an emergency, otherwise I would have stayed.
