“Would stay again if the ac worked properly”
The staff were super friendly and welcoming, but the air conditioning failed and the rooms stayed hot.

It was a great location and the room was very accommodating to our needs. I booked this hotel because of the free breakfast and the fact it had a pool. We went to the breakfast on the 1st day and it was horrible- didn’t have anything to accommodate people who did not eat turkey products or eggs. No waffles or pancakes. Then the pool was closed down the second day we were there and never reopened. The reason was that they were waiting for chemicals. So, two of the factors that made me choose this hotel were lack luster or non-existent

The staff were incredibly nice, but our toilet clogged, the room smelled like weed, and it just didn’t look or feel clean. We checked out as soon as we checked in because we were too uncomfortable to stay. Itzel at the front desk was sweet and made everything easy.

El personal super atento, pero este hotel fue una pesadilla. La habitación estaba húmeda y tuvimos que pedir cambio por una inundación. Había olor fuerte a humedad, pisos rotos y flojos, vajilla sucia, y el lavavajillas perdía agua. El aroma era realmente nauseabundo. Lo único destacable fue el personal: súper atento, con buena predisposición y tratando de ayudarnos en todo momento. Pero era un problema claramente de infraestructura, no de ellos. El desayuno también fue muy pobre, algo que no suele pasar en Residence Inn by Marriott. Honestamente, nos sentimos como en un motel de ruta en un pueblo fantasma. Si no fuera por la gente que nos atendió, la experiencia hubiera sido directamente fatal.
