The location is great—you can walk everywhere—and the hotel’s vibe really captures Art Deco style; the staff were very attentive, and the valet costs $40. The on‑site breakfast is convenient and offers good value, so I’d recommend it for short stays. The room itself is nice with super comfy beds, but the shower was an issue: water pressure was weak and the water tasted slightly brackish because of the beachside area, which was tolerable for a short time.

The online ads made the room look larger, neater, and more modern than it actually was; it felt dated, the hallway carpet was worn, and the elevator could only hold two people at once. I expected more from the pictures, but the staff were very friendly. The room looked dated and worn.

Good location and comfortable beds, but no breakfast and no pool. The bathroom lacks ventilation, cleaning is only available if requested, and there’s no coffee maker.

“Fun stay in South Beach made easy by Kent location and staff”

The location is exceptional, the staff attitude is excellent, and the décor is cool. The shower and toilet had issues that were partly fixed, but only one person in our group got a hot shower over two days; everyone else had cold water.
