I was happy with the spot—just a hop from the MRT and the staff were friendly, but the room left a lot to be wanted: it was dirty, the toilet needed cleaning, and under the bed I discovered a plastic fork, a sock, and a pack of throat lozenges, while the electric kettle was covered in mould.

I’ve stayed there at least three times before, but this time the mattress was itchy, the kettle coil corroded and released rust particles when boiled, no soap was provided for the shower, the toilet bowl leaked, I had to ask for towel changes, there was no wardrobe to hang clothes, and for the price I was totally disappointed and will never stay there again.
