I liked how comfy the room was and that it was just a stone's throw from the beach.

The on‑site cafe was solid.

The spot is great and the downstairs restaurant serves the best food in Agonda, but I was let down because the room on the 1st floor didn't actually have a sea view as advertised—just cables, the roofs of nearby houses, and a sliver of sea. Ants and other biting insects were also a nuisance.

The location was good and service was acceptable, but the room didn't match the photos and the pillows were dirty, giving a mediocre cleanliness impression.
