The man who welcomed us was very smiling, the kitchen was large, the room was very clean and the bed comfortable, the internet worked well, the garden was very nice. There was no small piece of furniture to put things on, the bathroom was very small, and if you’re on the ground floor it’s impossible to sleep when people on the first floor walk around.

The house was beautiful!!! Both my parents from Spain and my in‑laws from Romania were delighted!! BUT KEEP IN MIND SOMETHING IMPORTANT⚠️, if you want to use the pool jacuzzi called “ciubar” let the host know before you arrive because we didn’t know and the gentleman was very kind and explained that unfortunately we couldn’t turn it on because it requires a lot of time and it’s impossible, that if we had notified a day before our arrival there would have been no problem!! Still it was super welcoming, a place that takes you to another world. The real old Romania 🥰✨ I recommend going now in September when 80% of the trees are fruiting and you can also eat natural fruit!! EVERYTHING IS WONDERFUL

The house is quiet on a very well‑maintained, beautiful property with a view of a lovely wooden church. Despite the nearby street, you mostly hear only the chickens clucking. Two supermarkets are within walking distance. We really liked the outdoor dining area and the wooden Hollywood swing. A cat visited us regularly. The host was very friendly and gave us tips on mushroom hunting. No TV screens in the rooms – very good! We had no mosquitoes, but it would have been nice to have mosquito nets over the windows; there were, however, mosquito traps for the socket, also good.

Our stay in an authentic house in Maramureș was truly wonderful. The house is very beautiful, tastefully furnished and preserves the traditional charm of the area. We felt extremely comfortable throughout our stay.
