The pool is warm and not too crowded, clean, and the staff are friendly. The restaurant is very expensive and not very good.

It’s easy to travel with your pet and the staff handled two room issues well. Food prices are high, there aren’t many nearby places to go, which discourages people from eating at the hotel.

The reception was friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping kept knocking on the door early; if a room is already vacant, that info should come from the lobby, it’s annoying to be kept knocking.
