“Perfect location, ski or board to your door, friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed the stay.”

The spot is perfect – you can ski or snowboard right to the door. The staff are excellent and friendly, and the place is very clean. It would be nice to have a shared shower on each floor instead of having to go downstairs. The onsen doesn’t open until 4pm. The futons feel a bit old‑school and could use an upgrade. I’d also like breakfast to be more of a buffet rather than a set menu, though the food itself was good.

The location is excellent, right next to the gondola. The futons are extra comfy and the breakfast was great. No complaints.

I liked the location, the staff, and the room, but the Japanese breakfast, while nice, sometimes felt a bit underwhelming, and I would have appreciated coffee served with it. I needed at least one separate private shower; my mother had trouble with the open Japanese‑style shower, but I managed fine.
