“Pleasant stay in Florence”

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Hotel Berna and were very happy with our experience. The location was excellent, especially because it is very close to the train station, which made getting around Florence very convenient. Having a lift was also a big plus for us, especially since we were travelling with two large suitcases. It made checking in and out much easier. A special mention to Nadia at the front desk, who was very helpful and accommodating. She assisted us with arranging an early taxi to the airport, which made our departure smooth and stress‑free. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Hotel Berna to other travellers, especially those looking for a convenient location near the train station.

“Great location and very convenient for exploring Florence”

The location was excellent. The hotel is very close to both the train and bus stations, which made arriving, leaving, and taking day trips extremely convenient. At the same time, Florence's main attractions are within walking distance, so we were able to explore most of the city on foot. The room was comfortable and the shower had very good water pressure. The staff was also kind and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very convenient place to stay in Florence, especially if you are traveling by train. The elevator is an older style that requires guests to manually close the door completely. Sometimes other guests would leave it partially open, which meant the elevator couldn't be called from another floor. It was a minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of

位置不错，离火车站很近，楼下有超市和中餐厅。. 邻近大街，很吵。被子在衣柜里，没有被套。热水不够热，家具都是复古风，有点害怕。

The location is excellent, right in the city center. The building is quite old, although the rooms are renovated.
