The room had wired internet, a TV, a fridge, a water server, a hair dryer and a curling iron, breakfast, and separate toilet and washbasin. When the breakfast time didn’t fit my schedule, the staff gladly let me take it out, which was very helpful. The shrimp avocado hot sandwich was delicious!

The staff were friendly, but the cleaning was inadequate. The hotel had a distinct moldy smell, and during the cold season I wanted the air‑conditioner and humidifier cleaned too. I kept coughing, and after returning to Osaka and seeing a doctor, I was diagnosed with asthma.

The staff were friendly and the amenities, welcome drinks, and other services were good. Dust was everywhere, and hair clippings were a problem. Because the shower hose didn’t reach the tub, grime built up and was uncomfortable; the cleaning crew only wiped it, which was typical, so a tub that didn’t leave grime when touched was a rare plus. Still, hair from other guests was everywhere, which was disappointing. The breakfast menu was wide and tasty.
