The location sits on a quieter street within walking distance of Ubud village centre; the guesthouse is overall cute, the pool is fine, and the room was nice with a balcony. However, the room and bathroom were not clean, and the staff were absent.

Jalan Bisma is a cozy street with shops and restaurants, but it’s busy with traffic; that doesn’t affect the homestay. Everything else is within walking distance. The room has a mini‑fridge and tea/coffee facilities.

The location is very close to the city center on a street full of restaurants and massage centers. During the day it’s very calm, the inner garden is gorgeous, and the pool is clean—feels like staying in a temple. It was truly beautiful and relaxing, and I loved having a fairly large terrace all to myself overlooking the garden. The staff were friendly and helpful. The problem comes at night and morning; unfortunately the music from surrounding restaurants and traffic noise that might go unnoticed during the day becomes disturbing when you want to sleep. The room wasn’t exactly spotless by European standards, but with such good prices I don’t expect perfection.
