It was close to the Irish club where I had an event, and you can park on the rugby ground across the road. Getting to the room was a bit awkward—you have to go around the back of the pub up some narrow steep steps, the bar.

The area was convenient for work and the staff member who met me and showed me my room was very pleasant and helpful. I would have liked a drink later, but the bar closed early.

The room was a good size with a massive bed and a roomy bathroom. The staff were excellent, even looking after my suitcase for a day. Thanks. The stairs to the rooms were steep.

The room was clean, but the access to the apartments was a disgrace and the steps were too steep. Sanitation was handled by a saniflow system that smelled, so I kept the window open all night. People arrived at 23.45 and kept shouting and making noise until 03.00, so I got no more than 2 hrs of sleep. The external facilities were handy, the bar staff were nice, and the room and bathroom were clean.
