I stayed in a luxurious building situated in a pleasant setting, right on the footpath to the Mediterranean Fair and the Sports City (Stadium, Golf Club, etc.), and within walking distance to the city centre and Mondello by car. The cleaning was excellent and the hotel services were on par with top‑tier properties. Both the staff and the owners, Claudio and Rosa, were truly special. There is an internal parking lot, though it comes with a fee, and they offered a sweet morning in‑room breakfast. You can feel that everything is done with love and passion. Truly commendable.

“Delusione”

I felt like I was in a hotel inside a resort, and even the online photos show a mountain of clutter at the entrance—though that’s not the hotel’s fault. In December, I booked a room with a broken air‑conditioner, which was disappointing. I called the owner but received no reply, and I spent a cold night. The parking is paid, yet it’s an open spot for anyone who wants to enter. The next day, when I reported the AC problem, the manager insisted the unit was working, saying he couldn’t fix it. Later that evening he sent me a message admitting the AC was broken and offered no apology or solution. In short, I’m disappointed.
