A warm welcome and smart tips set the tone, the pool, the quiet, and the scenery were all beautiful, and the hosts made us feel at home; don’t skip the waterfall trail – it’s unforgettable. The accommodation sits a bit away from town, but the drive is pleasant and cheap; shop for groceries if you want to cook, otherwise Laurent supplies everything you need to eat or grab a beer on the balcony or by the pool.

It turned out better than we expected, ideal for connecting with nature, disconnecting, and having a unique experience; Lorenzo and his wife were very friendly and close, teaching us about native species and nearby adventures, and their chef’s food was delicious. Everything was perfect, and I recommend taking their tours, which are personalized and let you enjoy each spot calmly, 100 % recommended. All aspects were more than perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! Lorenzo and Silvia were incredible hosts—very kind, attentive, and close. From the moment you arrive you feel at home, and they truly care about your experience. The place is beautiful and has a very cozy, family‑like atmosphere, especially since it only has three cabins. We stayed in the “Mariposa” cabin, which is super cozy and has everything you need: a huge, comfortable king bed, hot water, and a perfect space to relax. Lorenzo and Silvia also share an interesting story about why and how they built the lodge, which makes the place even more special. Being surrounded by nature is, without a doubt, one of the biggest attractions. You can see wildlife around the lodge, and at night you sleep to the sounds of nature. It’s a truly special and very peaceful experience. And of course, the dog deserves a special mention—it’s very affectionate and friendly, adding even more charm. Breakfast is fresh, tasty, and made with care. Plus, there are different food options you can order, which is very convenient. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with wonderful hosts, excellent service, and a very special atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
