The area is great, with a mall and plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. However, I booked a room with a balcony, only to be told on arrival that it was a mistake and that I had to pay extra for the room. The hotel looks worn out and the photos online don’t match reality. The air conditioning was neither cold nor quiet – it was stale and very loud. The promised free toiletries, hair dryer, and other items were missing. The towels smelled like they hadn’t been changed since the previous guest, so I had to bring my own.
