The views and the breakfast. I just want to leave my experience so people know what it is. Attention!!! This is not a hotel!!! It’s a couple’s home and they rent you a super large room with three beds. The shower is outdoors, but if you don’t like it, they let you use the house’s shower, which is the one the owners use. Be prepared for bird noise and some animal at night, and watch out for green lizards at breakfast that jump onto the plate for food. We had a paid reservation for 4 nights, but we only endured one night. The owners are very friendly but they don’t refund you anything.

“Super location and wonderful hosts!”

Gorgeous location, Raven and Mark were wonderful hosts! Every morning there was a beautiful breakfast table with fruits, coffee and food. Mark has great recommendations for local spots. Very gentle and generous people, lovely home

Absolutely loved our stay!!! Felt so peaceful and such a wonderful way to slow down. Raven and Mark pour their hearts and souls into this property, and it clearly shows! We cannot wait to be back

Raven is an amazing host who serves a fruit tea on the terrace every morning. The setting, surrounded by lush vegetation by the sea and a lava field, is truly unique.

Raven, Mark, and Becky make for fantastic hosts; if their vibe matches what you’re after, you’ll love it. You’ll be on the Red Dirt Road with two locals who’re eager to help you get the most out of your visit, whether that’s prayerful, partying, rejuvenating, or energetically active. Everything else is spot‑on, but the outdoor bathtub feels a little rough.
