“Fine. Could’ve been better.”

The spot was great, spotlessly clean and modern, and letting us bring our dog was a bonus. However, the room we booked wasn’t what the hotel advertised; the spa tub we saw in the photos was missing, and when we asked, the staff insisted there was one, which turned out to be a standing shower with terrible water pressure. The room felt more like a basic one—just bigger—so if you’re traveling with little kids, the extra space helps, but you’ll still have to shower with them.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly, but we found hairs in the bathroom and a few on the bedding, and the floor wasn’t clean when we arrived.

“Bro...for that price???”

The window view and bed size were positives, but the bed was terribly worn, there was broken glass around the toilet when we checked in so we avoided the bathroom, and when we told the house‑keeper in the hallway she had a breakdown; we were running late and didn’t return to our room until late, so we didn’t want to change rooms.

The new décor impressed, the king room was roomy, the breakfast was tasty, and the bed was super comfortable, but the price felt steep.
