They promised a 20% discount on food and drinks, yet it took a month after the trip to actually receive it.

“I expected more high service in 5 stars hotel than was provided.”

Good place, very clean hotel, but it does not match the value for money. The food is the same every day, not different. There are a lot of people at the reception and waiting time is too long. The staff are not friendly and not attentive. I got a 10% discount in the restaurant, but after extending my stay for one night they refused to provide the discount. The receptionist was not polite when I asked him about it.

“Amazing hotels”

We really appreciated the service we received from the receptionist; we were treated wonderfully. We arrived late, and he allowed us to check out later—he was attentive, and it was a great experience. All the staff members were smiling and happy to help; it was a pleasure. We loved everything
