“Pas top”

The common areas were quite spacious and pleasant, but I was totally disappointed when I arrived in the room. The entrance door was just a basic interior door, everything was dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom had no door handle, the shower cabin was missing a door, the shower mat was extremely filthy, and the sink area was a miserable mess. The kitchen had a coffee maker but no cups, and the communal kitchen wasn’t equipped either. Mirrors were streaked, the bed linens looked questionable, so we chose not to sleep there. I was truly disappointed; there was nothing like Dubai, and the room upkeep clearly needs work.

“Mauvais”

We noticed several problems: used-looking linens, a lot of dust under the bed, a dirty Airfryer, sand in the shower tray, a heavily limescaled shower, a missing shower door that prevented closing it properly, a broken bathroom door handle, stains on the curtains, and stains on the sofa.

The “Suite Dubai” really only carries its name. I’m still looking for the Dubai vibe—maybe it was hidden under the mattress! The bedding is absolutely awful: the mattress is very uncomfortable, and you’re guaranteed a backache after waking up. One night here feels more like a punishment than rest. The bathroom is no better: no shower door and no handle in the water area, which is surprising for a room marketed as a suite. The room shows heavy wear, with dents and marks all over the walls, giving an overall impression of poor maintenance and finish. In short, the Suite Dubai only bears its name. For the expected standard, comfort, and quality, we’re far from Dubai. Sleeping here felt more like a punishment than a pleasant stay. A renovation and especially better bedding would be essential. It’s a shame, because with a name like “Suite Dubai,” you’d expect at least a decent trip… but our only trip was our back’s journey through the night!

“Pas terrible!”

We were four, and only two toilet towels were in the room; they brought me one more in a few minutes. The room’s cleanliness was lacking: the sheets weren’t clean, and on the bed there was only a fitted sheet and a blanket, no top sheet. The shower door was broken, the bathroom door latch was broken, the toilet seat covers were unstable. There were strong odors, a clogged sink, only two pillows for four people, and when I asked for two more, they told me to use the couch cushions—unpleasant and not suitable at all (they were too thick to serve as pillows).

I regretted booking this room and realized I’d made a mistake. It’s a warehouse. When we got the key code, we couldn’t find the stairs up. I opened one door and saw a large, dirty, empty warehouse split in half. When we got our room at the front of the building, we immediately worried about fire safety—there were bars on the outside windows, and the walls were plywood, so there was no escape route. We only stayed one night as a pass‑through. The bathroom door handle was broken. The bed was fine. We didn’t even shower; we left the next morning because the towels were too dirty. There was parking out front, and the guy on the phone was helpful and polite when I had to call for the code. But for the money I paid, it’s a no‑go; do yourself a favour and book elsewhere. Bars on the window were a fire hazard. The building is a warehouse split into rooms. Broken bathroom door handle. Grubby towels.
