The location is great, the atmosphere is very nice and the wellness area is excellent. For the price I expected more attentive staff; the front desk didn’t greet me immediately and at the restaurant I had to wait longer than was pleasant. The rooms are really small and it’s almost impossible to reach the window or the second half of the bed.

The staff were super friendly, the surroundings beautiful, and it’s kid‑friendly. All the daybeds at the kids’ pool were taken by day guests, which was unacceptable and left no space for hotel guests.

The pool! The room was very small and the bed is too tight against the wall.

The spa can only be accessed from 8‑11 pm and 8‑11 am according to the booking, the club was really busy, and the hotel sells different time‑slot passes for spa guests, leaving staying guests with no time or space to enjoy the experience.
