The room was incredibly dirty, full of cobwebs and spiders. The walls were damp and peeling. When I asked for an extra mattress—since we paid for it—they gave us an extra blanket with soiled bedsheets, and the pillow was stained. Those are the worst rooms I’ve ever seen.

Hotel sporchissimo! No management at all! Booking says breakfast is included in the price… but there was no breakfast! No hot water in the room! Absolutely avoid this place!

We arrived at the hotel, but rooms were unavailable, so they moved us to another, sketchy hotel. We had already paid, so we had no choice. It took over 30 minutes to speak with the manager on the phone, and the rooms were extremely dirty, with no water or amenities in the morning. The water supply was also missing, and we had a flight, so we couldn’t even get a proper showing after sleeping on squeaky beds.
