The room was big and clean enough. Breakfast was a letdown – just coffee and nothing else.

The place was spotless and right near the center. The view of San Felipe Castle was a real highlight. Yolima and the night staff were always helpful, and the breakfast lady was great. The only downside was that the restaurant was closed when I arrived, so I couldn't use the balcony much, and the rooms lack a fridge.

The room and bathroom were roomy, the place looked nice, and the AC worked. It's close to the historic center and the walled city, though we were warned not to wander at night. A few hiccups: we weren't told how the cleaning schedule worked – a sign was there but the room wasn't cleaned that day – and the TV remote kept glitching. We swapped the battery, but it still didn't function properly.
