How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
There was no breakfast and no staff around in the morning. The room was very small, felt unfinished, and the outlets were in odd places. No coffee or tea on site. The fridge needed a serious defrost but it finally worked.

The lobby and rooms had been renovated. They advertised free breakfast, but it wasn’t included because they opened a restaurant on site recently, yet they still keep the free‑breakfast ad.

The staff tried to help within their limits. We requested a handicap room because of stair difficulties but ended up on the second floor. There was no coffee maker, only one bar of soap, the TV didn’t work well, the outlets were poorly placed, there was no hair dryer, no glasses of any kind, and the hallway carpets were dirty.

The place is in a great spot and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The room was huge, beds were super comfy, and the continental breakfast was decent. The only downside? Viking itself has barely anything to do. That's about it. Lol
