The view from the oceanfront was incredible, and the property featured a fantastic pier where the management can arrange boat tours. It’s a safe, spacious spot south of town with responsive and accommodating management. The downside is that it’s a bit far from downtown San Pedro—about a 15‑20 minute drive each time—but the resort itself remains quiet and very secure.

The location was great, and the rooms were spacious and clean with all the facilities present. It would have been better if coffee or tea were available, and sugar and milk were missing.

Everything about this property—from its location to its amenities—was perfect for us. The best part is that it’s far from the chaos of downtown San Pedro yet only a short golf‑cart drive from all the action. The only issue was that the kitchen supplies—knives, dishes, etc.—were all in really bad condition, though everything else in the condo was 10/10.

The property itself was gorgeous, with rooms that were spacious and airy, a large bright ensuite, and a kitchen stocked with all necessities. The grounds were clean and well maintained, and the pool was a nice addition for families and children. The concierge was personable and helpful for any request. However, the apartment was very roomy and bright, the pool was busy and a bit noisier than expected, and because the apartment was south of town, a golf cart was definitely needed.
