The landscaping around the hotel is really nice, lots of greenery and well‑kept gardens. The downside is the food court right out front, which can get noisy and smells carry into the lobby. Nice outside, but the eating area is a bit intrusive.

We never got to stay there because the staff couldn’t find our reservation and mistakenly sent us to the Salinas Premium Resort. It was awkward and stressful, especially when the host kept messaging us to pay for a stay we’d already booked through the app. The whole mix‑up left us frustrated and uneasy.
