How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Although the hotel's cleanliness and friendly staff were notable positives, several drawbacks detracted from our overall experience. The hotel's remote location and seedy neighborhood made it difficult to explore the surrounding area, and the lack of guests and lounge facilities only added to the sense of isolation.

While our stay was marred by some significant drawbacks, the hotel's cleanliness and attentive service were notable highlights. However, the hotel's distance from the city center and difficulties in booking taxis made it challenging to get around.

The hotel provided an excellent overnight stay, with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms, despite the guest's late arrival and early departure. The staff's politeness and helpfulness, including their assistance with the guest's limited Mandarin, made a positive impression. However, the guest was unable to comment on the hot spring facilities and distance from sites due to their brief stay.

Although the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the overall experience was marred by the hotel's remote location and outdated facilities. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and other issues with the room, such as a faulty hair dryer and poor-quality towels, further detracted from the stay.

This exceptional hotel exceeded expectations with its spacious, immaculately clean rooms, plush beds, and rejuvenating bathroom showers. The complimentary breakfast offered a delightful array of local delicacies, while the staff's exceptional politeness, respect, and eagerness to assist made our stay truly unforgettable.
