The room was fairly clean and simple with a pleasant wood colour. The outdoor area was spacious, quiet, and full of trees, with a village area and a pool for kids and a play yard. The room lacked an interior door lock, the door gap was open, and the rooms were far apart; staff didn’t help, so it was scary to sleep at night. The place felt old‑fashioned. There was no electric fan, no fridge, the kettle was broken, the light bulbs were out, the night lamp was broken. There was no on‑site dining, so you had to order out or go outside, and the fridge was missing a kettle.
