The spot is fantastic, just a short drive into Cambridge, and we were greeted by chickens, baby lambs, and a Highland cow—truly special. The room was beautifully appointed, with a kitchenette and a lovely bathroom stocked with everything needed. The bed and linens were super comfortable. Huge thanks to Amber and her family! Everything was perfect.

The location was private and quiet, tucked in the Cambridge countryside—only the occasional chicken and lamb sounds when we fed them. Getting into the township took just a few minutes.

What a lovely, cozy place—having the chickens and sheep around and wandering about was a real treat. The Shed is super comfy, very nicely designed, and had everything we needed. Amber is an amazing host; thanks for a wonderful stay!

The Shed was excellent, and the hosts left a thorough welcome guide to the area. The rural setting was beautifully quiet, the bed gorgeously comfortable, and all amenities were great. A car is probably needed since it’s a bit far from Cambridge.

Absolutely awesome. Super cozy, clean, and modern. You can feed the sheep and chickens, and there’s a highland cow plus lots of rabbits. The bed is the most comfortable in New Zealand. They have a washer and dryer, which was handy, and the bathroom is very stylish.
