A central spot with friendly, helpful owners. The room was spotless and well equipped, and breakfast was great. It’s a perfect base for a weekend in Skegness, and everything was very good.

Breakfast very good. Location very good. Host good. Room good. Shower cubicle a tight fit the only fault I would make if forced

Breakfast was great, with plenty of options and a gluten‑free dish cooked by Lesley for Diane—thanks a lot. The shower pressure was weak, probably because the room sits on the top floor, and the quilt and bed covers could have been larger.

The location is superb, the breakfast is excellent, and the hosts are wonderful; I’ll definitely return.

Everything was fine, except the television was too quiet for my ears.
