The room was pretty dirty and looked pretty worn‑out, like it hadn’t been refreshed in ages. Nothing else really stood out.

The front desk staff were on the ball the whole time—always friendly and ready to help. Unfortunately the heating blasted the room, making it stuffy enough that I had to switch the radiator off just to get some sleep, and the breakfast was nothing more than a very basic spread.

The team was super attentive, constantly pointing us toward places to see and always ready to lend a hand. It made the stay feel a lot smoother.

The room itself was clean and spacious enough, with a nice bathroom and a comfy (though short) bed. On the downside there was no trash bin, the radiator couldn’t be turned down so the room stayed sweltering, and the walls did nothing to keep out noise. Breakfast was a let‑down too—stale‑looking bread and no toaster to fix it.
