The location is beautiful in the middle of the forest, and the staff is very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, very homely, and included fresh donuts—felt like staying with family. We’ll keep recommending it ;))

I cancelled the booking after arriving at the property. I needed a room with a balcony, but I was given one without a balcony that faced a dirt mound, even a rock right in front of the window a few meters away. The staff’s attitude was totally unprofessional. In my conversation with the person responsible for bookings through Booking, the experience was completely unsatisfactory; she was focused on selling the room and never listened to my concerns. I note that rooms with balconies were available. If my request had been met, I would have stayed, but they didn’t care that they lost a sale and stuck to their stance.
