The location and bed comfort were fine, and the breakfast and morning shift staff were great. The room was on the outside of the main building, and no one mentioned that you had to go to the inside pool from the outside! It was mid‑October and cold outside, so it wasn’t easy to just take a bathrobe and go to the pool. There were also many stairs to the room, and the night‑shift staff didn’t offer help—we had to ask directly (older people). The room smelled, the toilet was dirty, parking cost 24 €, even though you could park on the street. The design was very ugly—red rose stickers all over the furniture, plastic dolls… dirty stairs… the worst hotel we’ve been in for years. Really disappointing!

“À fuir ...”

The location and breakfast were fine, but we arrived mid‑September in oppressive heat only to find the outdoor pools drained, supposedly because of the end of the season. A bit of digging revealed a malfunction, which the staff didn’t acknowledge. We weren’t warned ahead of time and were disappointed because we had chosen this hotel specifically for its outdoor pools. There was a small indoor pool, and the sauna didn’t work on the first day—it wasn’t a spa at all. The room was dirty (dust, a mark on the toilet door that should have been replaced) and when we complained, we were met with condescension (the yellow mark on the toilet was “cleaning products,” the dust came from sponge fuzz…). The staff’s disdain, especially from the manager, showed a lack of professionalism. The safe didn’t work, so we were finally moved to a larger but equally dusty room. We left with strange bites that we suspect were bed‑bugs. The hotel doesn’t deserve its 4 stars; avoid it if possible.

I landed in the city late at night, just to spend the night halfway through our trip, and left early the next morning, so I never got around to using the pool or other facilities. The breakfast was very good and plentiful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Gentilezza e disponibilità. Struttura accogliente con posizione ottimale comoda con spiaggia e servizi. Essendo a fine stagione sfortunatamente la piscina esterna non era disponibile. Manca nella Spa un angolo idromassaggio
