“Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.”
The parking was convenient. It was noted that arrival had to be between 17 and 19h, but after several setbacks we realized that wouldn’t work, so I called around 21h30 to say we might arrive later (21h30‑22h). We finally got there at 22h17, exhausted after a 17h30‑to‑22h drive. The next day’s message set a tense tone: “Je ne sais pas où vous êtes mais le mieux est de trouver un hôtel et on se verra demain. Bonne soirée.” When we asked for a cheese sample at breakfast, that was also against the rules. The rest of the stay, the host was friendlier and more helpful.
