“Great stay! Adding to my short list of downtown Dallas hotels.”

This property is fantastic. It’s a hidden gem in downtown Dallas, within walking distance of AT&T, city hall, and more. I loved the lobby’s vibe—just the right mix of energy and activities. The staff were great! I was surprised by the open bathroom concept, but it wasn’t a deal‑breaker; it was actually pretty cool how they set it up.

The room was nice, quiet, and clean, but the TV was too small, and I never received room service or fresh towels.
