The room was filthy, reeking terribly, infested with cockroaches and bedbugs, practically impossible to move around; a single bed was there, and opening another door led straight to a tiny toilet, leaving no space to walk. They tried to give us this room for four people without any warning—an awful place! The whole place was disgustingly dirty, half the lights didn’t work, and it smelled like a dump.

There are many restaurants nearby. Parking is a bit limited.

I was told last minute that the room had a problem and that I could report it for a refund, but I didn’t receive any money back.

The toilet was clogged and there was a bad odor from the bathroom floor; the hotel should use air fresheners and clean properly to keep hygiene. The hair dryer didn’t work. Management needs to check and maintain room facilities regularly. The reception staff were not friendly or welcoming; they should receive training on how to greet guests. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome and ruined my stay. This was my first bad hotel experience, and I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves for future guests.
