How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was a decent size, but it felt old and had a musty smell. The coffee maker was present, yet no coffee was supplied. Towels were old and somewhat rough against the skin. Overall, it seemed a bit overpriced for what it offered and the condition of the rooms.

The location was close to our itinerary and away from traffic, right near Burbank where Griffith Park and Laurel Hollywood Park are located. The only downside was that there were no water bottles available.

The room was nice, but there was a concern about crime in the area.

The place was nice, quiet, and affordable, yet everything was fine—no major issues.

The guy at the counter was polite but seemed suspicious. I accidentally booked a two‑bedroom room for myself, which meant I was stuck on the ground floor. The clerk’s polite questions at check‑in made me feel like he thought I might try to sneak a “very short term” guest in. After seeing the room’s condition and atmosphere, you could see why that might be a concern. The room had a lot of disrepair and shoddy repairs, a heavy air‑freshener odor even with the fan on constantly, no lamps—just ceiling lighting. Thankfully there was no carpet. The TV worked. I’m a single guy, so I slept in my clothes and kept contact to a minimum. I didn’t see any bugs or experience any disturbances.
