The location was wrong, the property didn’t share a direct number, and we had to get help from customer care after struggling more than 90 minutes at night. The rooms don’t have locks, and there’s no mosquito mat. Nothing else.

Fraud hotel, no such hotel exists. Had to suffer a lot at midnight, no such hotel exists and the staff didn't receive call also.
